What are the values of the INSS 13th salary?
Regarding the amounts, the first installment will be equivalent to half of the insured's monthly income and there will be no discount.
In turn, the second installment of the 13th salary will require more attention from insured individuals up to 64 years of age and who have a monthly income above R$1,903.98.
This is because, unlike the first, in this case there will be an Income Tax discount, which will make the amount a little lower.
For those insured who are over 65 years of age, the tax is charged on benefits worth more than R$3,807.96, as there is an extra exemption portion.
Also remembering that the two installments of the 13th salary for INSS retirees will be deposited on the same days that the insured receive their benefits on the April and May payroll.
Thus, the Federal Government hopes that the INSS advance will inject R$1,400,000 into the economy, precisely in an attempt to stimulate purchases and the movement of money within the country.
