For those who earned more than R$ 2,666.29 – the installment amount will be R$ 1,813.03, invariably.

Number of installments to be received

This benefit is paid in three to five installments, depending on the number of months the worker was employed.

Furthermore, it is taken into account whether this is the first, second or third time that this type of request has been made.

  • 1st request – If the worker has proven 12 to 23 months of service, they will receive four installments. If they can prove 24 months or more, they will receive five installments.
  • 2nd request – If the worker has proven 9 to 11 months of service, they will be entitled to three installments. If they can prove 12 to 21 months, they will receive four installments. If they have proven more than 24 months of service, they will be entitled to five installments.
  • 3rd request – If the worker has proven 6 to 11 months of service, they will be entitled to three installments. If they have 12 to 23 months of service, the payment will be in four installments. If they have 24 or more months of service, the government will pay five installments.
