What is the Extraordinary FGTS Withdrawal?
Recently created, the Extraordinary Withdrawal is a type of credit that offers workers the possibility of withdrawing part of the FGTS balance available in their Caixa account.
This type of credit can generally be withdrawn every year, in the month of the applicant's birthday, however, this year the dates were brought forward, meaning workers will be able to receive it sooner.
Who will be entitled?
The credit will be released to all workers who have a balance in the FGTS, that is, it will be available for both active and inactive accounts.
How to check the price?
To check the amount, you'll need to download the Caixa Tem app or visit the Caixa Econômica website. See below:
Through the app
If you prefer to check your balance through the app, the applicant must access the app store on their smartphone and install the app on their cell phone.
After installation, simply log in with your CPF and password, but if you do not have a registration, you will need to create an account.
Once the account is created, simply find the “Extraordinary FGTS Withdrawal” option in the Caixa Tem app and check the available amount.
Through the website
To check the amount on the website, you must access the Caixa Econômica Federal website and search for the option “Extraordinary FGTS Withdrawal”.
Just like the app, if you don't have an account, you'll need to register.
But for beneficiaries who already have a registration, simply log in, you will need to provide your CPF or PIS number, and for security reasons, a security code will be sent to your cell phone to validate access.
How to redeem the amount?
Redeeming the amount is very simple and can be done entirely online. The beneficiary must access the app or FGTS website, which there will be an option “add a bank account for transfer”
