As a result, several complaints were made, and Dataprev, together with Caixa Econômica Federal, informed that those registered between April 7th and 10th who have not yet received a response should return to the application to review their registration.
Therefore, if your emergency aid application is still under review, it is essential to review your registration or redo it again.
“On Monday (20), we had an update to the application so that it became more complete and brought this possibility of returning the information. So, if someone registered until the 10th and did not identify the information of approved or not approved, we recommend that they update their version of the application so that they can have this information”, informed Denis Mathias, representative of Caixa.
In recent years, there have been more than 23 million requests to receive the benefit and Caixa has already released more than R$22 billion to approximately 45 million registered users.
Remembering that Dataprev had informed that the requests were divided into three batches by Caixa Econômica Federal before being sent to the company that was responsible for checking the data of those requested.
Registrations made from April 11th to 17th
He also explained that on Friday (24), the bank's system should receive the registrations made in the application from the 11th to the 17th.
He said, "We expect to receive today those registrations that were held by Dataprev. There are over 7 million registrations, and we expect that by tomorrow at the latest, we'll have approval or denial information for these on the website and in the app, so people can check their status," he said.
He also said that there was a higher demand than expected, but that adjustments were made to allow people to access the site simultaneously.
"We have two apps: one is for registration. This app has had over 50 million downloads, which have generated, both on the app and on the website, approximately 46 million completed, finalized, and submitted registrations by Brazilians. The other app, intended for Brazilians who did not have a bank account or did not indicate an account to receive their benefits, is Caixa Tem, which automatically and free of charge opens a bank account. digital social savings. This app has also had around 40 million downloads in recent days. It needed to undergo some adjustments to improve stability. We've had almost half a million simultaneous accesses," he said.
An appeal can be made against denied emergency aid.
Caixa Econômica Federal announced that those who received a negative response to their request have the right to contest it or even register again through the website or application.
