According to the Ministry of Citizenship, anyone who received this message does not need to worry, as it means that the information is being analyzed and a definitive response will be issued soon.
The ministry has not yet announced when the final responses regarding the benefit situation will be released, but the expectation is that this will happen in the following days.

To check the status of emergency aid for 2021, users can consult the program's official channels.
So, just go to the website Dataprev, Caixa or Ministry of Citizenship and provide the requested data, such as:
- Full Name;
- Mother's name;
- Date of birth.
After filling out the information, select "send." The next screen will display all the information about your emergency aid. If it appears as "processing," you must wait for a response from the Ministry of Citizenship and make further inquiries to check if there have been any changes to your emergency aid request.
