Who is entitled to PIS/PASEP?

To be entitled to withdraw the PIS/PASEP it is necessary to meet the conditions, which are:

  • Have worked in a formal profession for at least 30 days in 2019;
  • Have earned, at most, two minimum wages on average per month;
  • Be registered with PIS/PASEP for at least 5 years;
  • The company must have entered the data correctly into the government system.

How do I check if I have money?

1 – Online

On the website of Box and by going to the “check payment” option you can check if you are entitled to this amount.

2 – By phone

By calling Caixa's customer service you can also learn about this right.

If it is PASEP, the customer service number is Banco do Brasil: 4004-0001 (capitals and metropolitan regions); 0800 729 0001 (other cities) and 0800 729 0088 (hearing impaired).

3 – Going to the agencies

Going to branches is also a way to check the price, but it's important to check the opening hours of Caixa and Banco do Brasil branches.
