The Federal Government has authorized the withdrawal of emergency aid. Starting this Friday (30), beneficiaries will be able to access the funds in cash. Withdrawals can be made at Caixa Econômica Federal branches or at any ATM linked to the financial institution.

After completing the deposit phase of the first installment of emergency aid, the government has just authorized withdrawals through Caixa Tem.

Initially, beneficiaries only had access to the funds through the app, but now they can withdraw them at Caixa branches.

How to withdraw emergency aid?

As you know, the Caixa Tem card is online, so the withdrawal process must also take place through the app.

In front of the ATM, the citizen must press “enter” and choose “emergency aid withdrawal”.

Next, a screen will appear asking you to enter the withdrawal code found in the Caixa Tem app.

Therefore, the individual must connect to their Caixa Tem account and select “withdrawal without card”.

Then, click on “generate withdrawal code” and scan the numbers displayed in the app at the ATM.

Finally, all you need to do is confirm your identification details and enter the desired amount. The funds are then automatically released for use.

 Those who wish to make a TED must be aware that the service is only available to another bank account with the same holder, at any bank.

The user can still use PIX, creating their key through Caixa Tem and sending amounts free of charge.
