Bolsa Família amount will change starting in April; check the updated amount

Bolsa Família beneficiaries will receive a salary adjustment starting in April. Last week, the government confirmed a new round of emergency benefits. The program will include not only the unemployed but also Bolsa Família beneficiaries.

Therefore, a new round of emergency aid will begin, benefiting Bolsa Família beneficiaries first. For this group, the program will increase by approximately R$100.00, depending on registration. The minimum amount offered is R$150.00, and the maximum is R$375.00.

Adjustment in Bolsa Família

According to the Government's statements, the new round of emergency benefits will be distributed to employees in 3 groups:

1. In the amount of R$ 150.00 for families with only one person. In this case, there is no inclusion in the Bolsa Família program, since there is no family configuration;
2. In the amount of R$ 250.00 for families in vulnerable situations. Therefore, those who receive R$ 190.00 from Bolsa Família today will receive an increase of R$ 60.00;
3. In the amount of R$$ 350.00 for single mothers. In this case, the new amount depends on the amount received, so that it does not exceed the established ceiling.
