Consultation for the 4th batch of 2021 IRPF (Brazilian Income Tax) refunds is now available; see below.
On Tuesday (24), the Federal Revenue Service released the consultation for the 4th batch of the 2021 Individual Income Tax refund. Payment for this batch will be made on August 31st to approximately 3.8 million people. The total amount to be paid is R$ 5.1 billion.

This batch also includes residual refunds from previous activities. Of the total R$ 5.1 billion, the Federal Revenue Service reported that R$ 273.2 billion are from taxpayers with legal priority.
Within this group, there are over 8,000 elderly taxpayers over 80 years old, over 67,000 taxpayers between 60 and 79 years old; 6,000 taxpayers with some physical or mental disability, and 26,600 taxpayers whose main source of income is teaching.
Not to mention that more than 3.7 million non-priority taxpayers who filed their income tax returns by August 16th were also included.

To check if the statement has been released, you need to access the page of Federal RevenueThe procedure can also be done through the Federal Revenue Service app, which is available for Android and iOS.
Through the e-CAC portal, taxpayers can access their tax return statement and check for any identified inconsistencies. If so, they can assess the inconsistencies and correct them by submitting an amended return.
