The news is that FAB (Brazilian Air Force) aircraft make non-scheduled trips to several cities in Brazil and it is possible for anyone to board.
If you have a flexible schedule, be aware that available spaces are for mission use. In other words, this means you can't schedule a free trip in advance.
Travel requests are subject to availability based on the desired destination and location. These availability changes are subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
See below who are the people who can travel for free in Brazil and how it works.
