R$ 600 aid for Caixa customers will be paid tomorrow
According to Onyx Lorenzoni, the Minister of Citizenship, the Federal Government will make emergency aid available tomorrow, the 7th, for informal workers who have an account at Caixa Econômica Federal.
In fact, during the interview this morning (06), he also mentioned that Banco do Brasil customers will receive the money on Wednesday, April 8th.
According to him: "We expect payments to be made starting Tuesday for those with Caixa accounts. We'll announce the time later this afternoon. We need to monitor the volume, which will fluctuate between 15 and 20 million people, to determine how many are Caixa customers. This same list will be circulated through Caixa and Banco do Brasil to reach millions of people's accounts by Wednesday. Transfers can already be made on Wednesday."
Furthermore, he mentioned that the Government is already making the final adjustments for the release of the application, which will provide information regarding the payment of emergency aid.
"We hope that if the app is working well today, it will work well tomorrow. We're expecting at least 1 million users today. It's probably one of the most downloaded apps in the world. We need to talk to all the carriers to avoid it going down," he said.
