This is because, to ensure more convenience and speed in transactions, simply download the FGTS app, identify yourself, check the available amounts in some of the options, and request the withdrawal. All this from your cell phone.
You only need to inform the bank account in your CPF so that the benefit amount can be transferred.
Who can request a digital withdrawal of FGTS?
All workers who have chosen some type of FGTS withdrawal can carry out this process, as long as there is a balance available in the account to be withdrawn.
Therefore, check below in which situations it is possible to make this withdrawal:
- When there is dismissal without just cause;
- In case of retirement;
- Termination of a contract for an established period;
- Death of the worker;
- Age 70 or over;
- Terminal stage due to serious illness, whether of the worker or dependent;
- Purchase of your own home, settlement or even amortization of debt related to housing finance;
- HIV carrier, whether the worker or dependents.
How to make a digital withdrawal?
Through the FGTS app, you must log in by entering your personal information, such as your name, CPF, and other details. If you haven't registered yet, you'll need to do so.
It is worth mentioning that the application is available free of charge for Android and iOS cell phones in the store application on your device.
After checking the amount available for withdrawal, you must provide an account in your name at any bank. The amount will then be credited, and the balance will be available within 5 business days after the transfer. The transfer is completely free and has no cost.
