How do I apply for the TODOS Card?
To purchase this service, you can enter the website or call the number: 0800 729 2071. You can also send a message on WhatsApp (11) 9 6839-0123, or go to a physical store.
The monthly fee is R$25.00, but in the first month you pay an additional R$25.00 for issuing the card.
However, in the coming months you will only pay the monthly fee and the consultation fee, when you use it.
In this case, the cost of a consultation with a general practitioner is R$24.00 and for other specialties R$32.00.
Even in months where you pay the monthly fee plus a consultation, it will still be cheaper than paying for a health plan.
The holder of the Card for ALL still entitled to funeral assistance.
Card payment can be made by credit card or deducted from your electricity bill.
Once you purchase the card, the contract period is one year, and can be extended after that period.
However, if you want to cancel the service before that deadline, you will have to pay a penalty based on the number of months remaining on the contract.
