Now you have the PDF of your portfolio completed; simply send it to whomever you want, using your preferred method!

I lost my physical work permit, what now? Where is the CTPS (Brazilian Work and Social Security Card) number located on the work permit?

When we talk about physical work cards, one of the most common problems is losing them.

This is because it's a mandatory document for hiring, and losing it can cause headaches.

The good news is that the solution to the problem is quite simple.

The first thing you should do is file a police report, which can be done online.

The purpose of filing a police report for loss/theft is to exempt you from any responsibility for the misuse of data contained in the document.

After receiving the report, download the digital CTPS app, because as we've already seen, it's no longer possible to issue the physical version.

Log in with your Gov.br account and verify that your information is present in the app and is complete.

If so, simply use the physical version from now on, as it has an expiration date. 

However, if your information is missing or incomplete, you will need to contact a Regional Labor and Employment Office.

There, the attendant will be able to update your information so that you can start using your digital work card (CTPS).

I lost access to my digital work card (CTPS), what should I do?
